You can backup and restore all your data in QVXM to your Mac or Windows-PC

Backup

1. Connect your iPhone or iPad to Mac using Wifi or USB-cable.
2. Open Finder and click on your device in Locations section
3. Click „Files“
4. Locate „QuoVadis X Mobile“ in the list of apps and click on „>“ to expand the content
5. Now you see the folder „QVM_Data“
6. Drag that folder on your desktop, to copy it to your Mac. This can take a while and unfortunate Mac doesn't show any progress indicator.

Restore

1. Do same steps like with Backup 1.-5.
2. Delete existing folder „QVM-Data“ from device
3. Drag previously saved folder QVM_Data from desktop into „QuoVadis X Mobile“
4. Again this can take a while and unfortunate Mac doesn't show any progress indicator.
Unfortunate its not possible to backup or restore single files inside QVM_Data, because Mac doesn't allow this.

Backup

1. Connect your iPhone or iPad to Windows 10 PC using USB-cable.
2. Open iTunes for Windows and click on your device in Locations section
3. Click „File shares“/ „Dateifreigabe“
4. Locate „QuoVadis X Mobile“in the list of apps and click on it to see the content
5. Now you see the folder „QVM_Data“
6. Drag that folder on your desktop, to copy it to your Mac. This can take a while and unfortunate Mac doesn't show any progress indicator.

Restore

1. Do same steps like with Backup 1.-5.
2. Click with right mouse button on folder „QVM_Data“and select „Delete“/ „Löschen“from context menu
3. Click „Add Files“/ „Datei hinzufügen“and select previously saved QVM_Data folder

Unfortunate its not possible to backup or restore single files inside QVM_Data, because iTunes doesn't allow this.
