Official data of the Bundesamt für Kartographie & Geodäsie (BKG). This edition uses data delivered end of 2019, it contains the scales 1:25.000, 1:250.000 and 1:500.000.
As you can see very well in the graphic overview (thumbnail), in the last 5 years about 90% of the map sheets of the Top25 were revised, even in the last 2 years over 50%!
The Bundesamt für Geodäsie und Kartografie (BKG) owns the copyright. Incl. SRTM3 elevation models (85 m raster). These data require QVX or QuoVadis 7.4.0.3 (or better) they are not compatible with older QV / TTQV-versions!
